Marc Butorac
Board Chairman
Marc heads the Digiwest Board of Directors, and brings over 30 years of experience working in the Engineering and Architectural sector. His contributions to corporate oversight and strategic visioning have helped propel Digiwest since its earliest days. Outside of Digiwest, Marc has served as president to industrial groups such as the American Council of Engineering Companies, the Institute of Transportation Engineering, and the University of Idaho Civil Engineering Advisory Board. He also serves on multiple corporate boards and as a Vice President with IT oversight for a 400+ person engineering company.
Paul White
Founder and CEO
Paul leads from experience developed over 25 years working in IT, and even more experience working in Management and Operations. His focus on technology objectives and strategy have kept Digiwest on the cutting edge of providing software, systems, and services to clients working in the fields of Transportation, Engineering, Consultancy, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and more. Paul has held elected office as a representative in Colorado, and has been a board member at Oregon State University, Washington State University, and the University of North Carolina. He has also held a chair-level position with the Oregon ORLA.
Sanjeev Pradhan
Network Systems Engineer
Sanjeev has worked in IT for over 20 years and has partnered with multiple state, federal and private sector organizations to design and deploy cloud and on-prem technologies. He is certified to deploy and program many different infrastructural applications and languages, having worked extensively in network design and implementation, systems design, data center design and assembly, equipment procurement, and operations management.
Josh Moore
Network Systems Engineer
Josh has over 20 years of experience working on networks and servers, and has attained CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, and Microsoft MCTS and MCITP certifications. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, barbequing, playing golf, and video gaming.
Ian Cameron
Senior Software Developer
Ian graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Computer Science and specializes in front and backend coding. He’s worked as a technology solutions expert with Digiwest for over 17 years, leveraging his skillsets in web development, software design, networking, and hardware development. He was a creator of BlueMAC Bluetooth data collection hardware and data analytics software, and currently helps over 1000 engineers, planners, drafters, and support staff with their programming needs.
Rob Bahmer
Helpdesk Manager
Rob entered the information technology field following a career in hotel and restaurant management. He brings extensive customer service experience and a client-based skill set to his work at Digiwest, where he is currently expanding his knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 with MCSA and A+ certifications. In his free time, Rob enjoys Medieval period re-enactment, metalwork and design, and working on the family farm.
Jess Adams
Systems Engineer & Account Manager
Jess received a degree in Computer Network Systems while working at an IT service firm. He holds advanced certifications in Cisco networking and switching, and has extensive experience with servers and Microsoft products and services. Jess is also a serious musician, playing the drums in several band

Jasmine began her IT career in helpdesk support where she honed her technical expertise and earned multiple certifications. Strong communication skills and leadership abilities quickly propelled her into more advanced roles. Now serving as an Account Manager, Jasmine leverages in-depth technical knowledge to ensure every aspect of client satisfaction and support is addressed, delivering a seamless and positive client experience.
Austin Parker
IT Operations Engineer
With multiple degrees in Computer Science and Technology, and certifications in Cybersecurity, Austin is a lynchpin of the support services team, handling advanced helpdesk tickets and direct client relations. When Austin is not at work or studying, he enjoys building computers, spending time with his dogs, and playing video games.
Matt Miles
Systems and Security Engineer
Matt built a strong foundation in technology back in high school through formal education and internships. He advanced quickly from helpdesk roles to more complex positions in Systems and Cybersecurity. His passion is optimizing workflows, enhancing security, and delivering scalable IT solutions for clients. He specializes in cloud-based identity and device management, cybersecurity strategies, and automating processes to streamline business operations.
Karl Fischer
IT Operations Engineer and Content Developer
Karl holds a Bachelors in Creative Writing, but changed careers after attaining CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. Though IT is his second career, he always find ways for technical expertise to intersect with his creativity. Karl is passionate about helping users, solving problems, and turning big ideas into feasible solutions.
