Our Story

How We Got Here —
and Why We Stay

digiWEST was founded on a simple belief: businesses deserve IT support from people who actually know them. We started small, grew organically through word of mouth and genuine results, and never chased scale for scale’s sake. Today we serve dozens of businesses across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. The founding philosophy hasn’t changed. High responsiveness. High availability. Low stress. No hidden fees, no foreign call centers, no upselling. Just skilled engineers who show up, solve problems, and stay.

01
Simple, Straightforward Packages

We offer clear, well-defined service packages so you always know exactly what you’re getting and what you’re paying for. No mystery line items, no negotiating scope — just straightforward IT at a predictable monthly rate.

02
Real Engineers, Not a Call Center

Our team carries 100+ years of combined experience and 200+ certifications. When you call, a local Portland engineer answers, not a tier-1 script reader in another time zone.

03
Deep Industry Roots

We’ve built specialized expertise in the industries we serve, especially AEC, where we support Autodesk workflows, GIS environments, and the unique demands of engineering firms at scale.
