Helen founded digiWEST and brings over 40 years of industry experience, including founding a technology start-up and owning a group of ten restaurants. She began her career with May Corporation, a national retail chain, rising from buyer positions to store operations management. She later led Human Resources for a nationally recognized bookstore, where she also shaped the company’s technology path. Outside work, Helen is an avid outdoor sports and conditioning enthusiast, and a chef.

Marc sits on the digiWEST Board of Directors and brings over 30 years of experience in the engineering and architectural sector. His corporate oversight and strategic vision have helped propel digiWEST since its earliest days. He has served as president of groups including the American Council of Engineering Companies and the Institute of Transportation Engineering. Marc also serves on multiple corporate boards and as a Vice President with IT oversight for a 400+ person engineering company.

Paul leads digiWEST with over 25 years in IT and even more in management and operations. His focus on technology strategy keeps digiWEST on the cutting edge for clients in transportation, engineering, manufacturing, hospitality, and more. He has held elected office in Colorado, served on the boards of Oregon State, Washington State, and the University of North Carolina, and held a chair-level role with ORLA. Outside work, Paul has competed in over 20 Ironman events and more than 50 triathlons.

Matt leads digiWEST’s technology and security operations, overseeing the infrastructure strategy and cybersecurity posture that protect every client environment. He specializes in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud identity management, endpoint protection, and enterprise security strategy. Matt also serves as a senior advisor and escalation point for clients facing complex IT decisions. His mix of technical depth and client partnership makes him the backbone of digiWEST’s client operations.

Jasmine leads digiWEST’s client services and operations, making sure every client relationship delivers consistent, high-quality IT support. She started on the helpdesk, earned multiple certifications, and quickly rose through account management on the strength of her communication and leadership. Today she oversees service delivery, manages key client accounts, and drives the processes that keep digiWEST running at its best. Her mix of technical and client skills makes her the link between our engineers and the businesses we serve.

Josh is digiWEST’s Principal Network Engineer, with over 20 years of experience working on networks and servers. He holds CompTIA A+ and Network+, Cisco CCNA and CCNP, and Microsoft MCTS and MCITP certifications. That depth makes him the engineer the team leans on when a client network problem gets complicated. Away from work, Josh enjoys time with his wife and two young children, barbecuing, playing golf, and video gaming.

Raymond leads client success and project management at digiWEST, backed by a Bachelor’s in IT and a Master’s in IT Management. He focuses on strategic roadmapping and business development, helping deliver tailored IT solutions to a diverse client base. Before tech, he managed fast-paced operations and led procurement and financial planning across several industries. Outside the office, Raymond builds high-end PCs, enjoys gaming, and spends his downtime smoking many different meats.

Austin holds multiple degrees in Computer Science and Technology along with certifications in Cybersecurity. He is a linchpin of the support services team, handling advanced helpdesk tickets and working directly with clients. As a Client Success Manager, he keeps his clients’ day-to-day IT running smoothly and their questions answered quickly. When he is not at work or studying, Austin enjoys building computers, spending time with his dogs, and playing video games.

Karl holds a Bachelor’s in Creative Writing and moved into IT after earning his CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. Though IT is his second career, he always finds ways for technical expertise to intersect with his creativity. As a Technical Writer, he turns complex systems into clear documentation that clients and engineers can actually use. Karl is passionate about helping users, solving problems, and turning big ideas into feasible solutions.

Danny holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and Management from Central Washington University and has worked with computers and code since high school. Before digiWEST, he worked in IT and cybersecurity in the aerospace and defense sector. Today he splits his time between account management and the helpdesk, serving as a day-to-day contact for his clients while staying hands-on with their systems. Whether it is system administration, network management, or client outreach, Danny is eager to be involved.

Connor is a Client Success Manager supporting systems and technology within the engineering industry. With five years in the field, he understands the technical environments that support engineering teams and their workflows. He is committed to reliable, efficient IT operations and making sure teams have the tools and support they need to stay productive. Known for his detail-oriented, collaborative approach, Connor helps bridge the gap between technology and day-to-day operations.

Ian graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Computer Science and specializes in front-end and back-end development. He has been a technology solutions expert with digiWEST for over 17 years, spanning web development, software design, networking, and hardware. Ian helped create the BlueMAC Bluetooth data collection hardware and its data analytics software. Today he supports over 1,000 engineers, planners, drafters, and support staff with their programming needs.

Blake is an IT Operations Analyst with an A.S. in Computer Information Technology from Valencia College. He has earned his CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and built hands-on experience in IT support, networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting. Blake is committed to continuous growth and is currently pursuing his CCNA to expand his networking expertise. He is part of the digiWEST team serving clients in the Orlando and Central Florida market.

Kim manages digiWEST’s business services, supporting the operations, client services, and administrative work that keep the team focused and clients well served. She keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly and is often the friendly first voice clients hear. Her organizational skills and client-focused mindset help digiWEST deliver a consistently great experience. Her work behind the scenes makes the whole team more effective.
